XY-200 Geological Exploration Core Drill Rig

Scope of application

1. This drilling rig is suitable for geological survey and exploration, geophysical survey, road and building foundation exploration, and drilling projects such as blasting holes and grouting holes.

2. Alloy drill bits, diamond drill bits, and composite drill bits can be used for drilling according to different strata.

3. It can drill 2~9 sandy clay and weathered bedrock.

4. The rated drilling depth is 100m, and the maximum depth shall not exceed 120m; the rated opening diameter is 110mm, the maximum opening diameter is 130mm, and the final hole diameter is 75mm; the drilling depth is determined according to the stratum conditions.

Features of the drilling rig

1. It has an oil pressure automatic feeding structure and mechanical transmission to improve drilling efficiency and reduce human labor intensity.

2. The ball clamping structure is used instead of the chuck. , which can realize non-stop reversing of the rod, the handle is centralized, the operation is convenient, safe and reliable.

3. It is equipped with a bottom hole pressure gauge to indicate the pressure, which is convenient for grasping the situation in the hole.

4. The machine can be moved to make way for the hole, or the rotator can be opened to make way for the hole.

5. The structure is compact, the drilling rig, water pump and diesel engine are all installed on the same base, occupying a small area. 6. Light weight, strong decomposability, easy to move, suitable for construction in plains and mountainous areas.
